is so awesome. Our gang visited the Stone Zoo last weekend in Boston and it was so cool, and so was the weather – that's probably why it was practically empty except for us and the wildlife. We also got to visit with our son Nick and his girlfriend Jen who go to UCONN. Of course we pigged out on fabulous Boston food the entire time – who cares about those piddley extra few pounds – F*** that, we were in Boston! Thanks again Nick and Jen. It was so good to see you guys :)

OK. I admit. I've been pretty damn busy these days….do I say that often? My mother-in-law visited from Florida for a few days and we fall festivaled ourselves to death–hey, we ate some great fudge so I'm not complaining. I won't go in to details about the speeding ticket, however…
Soccer season has come to an end for my guys. Both teams did a super job and it was a lot of fun – way to go Hilltoppers and Catamounts!
The puppy is doing wonderful and gaining a lot of weight. She is sleeping better at night and having less messes in the house. And she still adores her big brother, Charlie, our yellow lab. Hey, his ears are tasty :)
I'm so excited…we are heading to Boston tomorrow for the weekend!! We're meeting my son, Nick, and his girlfriend Jen for dinner (McCormick & Schmick's here we come!) Thursday night and Friday we are going to the Stone Zoo (Anna is so happy). Should get some really good pics there. So nice to get away for a couple days and Boston is the perfect spot :)
