I think eliminating sugar is one of the best ways to strengthen the immune system - sadly, I'm a chocoholic so I don't know if I'll ever be able to kick that habit completely :-) Thank you for the links! That is why I have a recommendation for you. I haven't been sick in over a year because of a new product for kids called Germy Wormy. Before that, it was nasty like you are living through.
