Maddie (Madeline Alice Spohr) is a little angel in heaven today. She left this earth on April 7th 2009. Even though I never met Maddie, or Heather, her mommy and Mike, her daddy, my heart is breaking for this beautiful family. I simply have no words…

Yes, I’m still alive, kicking and breathing here in Vermont. I feel lost since I haven’t posted anything for a week and it’s all because of MWLM. We’ve been working on the spring/summer print issue like mad dogs for the past few weeks, up late nights, getting only 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night, and guess what? Today was the deadline. We sent that bad boy, all 100 pages of it, plus covers, off to the printer today! Next week they will send us the proofs and then if we give it the thumbs up – it goes into production and the whole process of getting thousands of copies made. I’m tired just thinking about it all again. Such a good feeling though to have that done. And what an awesome, awesome issue it is going to be. You really must check it out. Asha Dornfest from Momversation.com and Parenthacks.com is our cover feature mommy writer and she is fabulous! Let me just say, she gives good interview. Did that make sense? Oh I’m so sleepy…..and moody, bitchy, whatever you wanna call it. The hubby just knows not to talk to me today. He knows. I’m also PMSing like the devil 
Yea, that’s me. One minute I’m full of ideas and the next, I’m crying, balling my eyes out. Not a pretty picture. My plan is to get some sleep tonight and nothing else. Tomorrow I will wake up a new woman, probably still PMSing, but a new woman. And I keep telling myself
that the kids spring break vacation week is only a week away and my vacation week is only a week away. Hot damn. I will tell you more on that soon. Where are you going for spring break vacation? Italy? Australia? Maybe a cruise to Mexico? Maybe no where? I don’t know about you but I’M READY.
Would you look at the time already. Where did today go? I haven’t even thought about dinner, though I’m sure there’s something in the freezer I can zap in the microwave. Hoping to be in a more chipper mood next time we meet. Don’t forget to tell me about your vacation plans. Enjoy!
