Oh my goodness Loren. How scary!! My third son got pneumonia when he was 3 1/2 and was hospitalized from dehydration as well for three days – we returned home right in time for Christmas. The worrying never ends as a mom.

Hi Paula,
The picture is so great of Joseph, and I really like your hallway too! It really shows his adorable personallity. I can almost imagine your worry and terror in that situation when Joseph was born. My oldest got pneumonia when he was five years old, and was hospitalized for a week because it was in his blood. I slept on an aqua-marine plastic chair in his room every night, with one eye open on the machine gaging his fever and I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown.

I love those stories and those types of pics, Paula. Never knew that about Jay. Alex was in NICU too, got a fever during delivery (me too, it was freaky!). Cheers to our little guys (my blackmail pic of Alex is a naked shot of him in my biker boots at age 4).
